It’s 08.08.08 known as worldwide Nike madness day, oh and the Opening Ceremony of the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing, of course. Here are some kicks launching from Nike:
Nike Air Max 90 Premium Infrared. The mudguard (in black) is ostrich. FYI- Overkill has it today in-store and online HERE *with FREE SHIPPING!

The Nike x Loopwheeler Blazer Hi. Japan’s fleece specialist is Loopwheeler which Nike worked with to produce this Blazer High. This is original Loopwheeler fleece on the upper. Please note, this will be released tomorrow on 08.09.08 when you can find it at Firmament in limited quantities. Photo courtesy of Beinghunted.

Nike Rejuven8 Tier Zero. Very limited with a translucent black cage making the inner sock more visible -this model comes with both golden and embroidered metallic booties (both pictured here) to adjust the look. Photo courtesy of Sneaker Freaker.

Nike Air Max 90 Current Artist Series Pack -designed by Ben Drury (Black/Red/White), Kevin Lyons (Orange/Black) and Hito Yokoyama (Grey/Black). The details that highlight each artist are on the tongue, heel and lining. Released today on Overkill.

Nike USA Pack which consists of the Blazer High, Delta Force Low and the Rejuven8 in a navy/white/red colorway. The Blazer and Delta Force come with a silver Swoosh. Available starting today at premium retailers in-store and online.

Nike Dunk High Supreme “Octodunk” Pack in Seamless Polka Dot Design. All five colors along with detailed close-up pictured here.

Nike Dunk High “Quilted Patent” Pack. The Upper is entirely made of patent leather that has a quilted pattern embroidered. The sole and lining have the same color as the upper -and there are 5 colors available each in the colors of the Olympic rings. Missing in the photo are the yellow and green -we like these three colors best.

Also, apparently the Nike Sportswear website launched this morning. You will find latest news and events in association with Nike Sportswear, product stories and the Kicks Creator. Since we’ll be at Opening Ceremony tonight, we will swing by the Nike Sportswear shop opening today on Mercer. It’s one of the first Nike Sportswear stores -we assume they will sell the more fashionable/non-performance collections like the kicks you see in this post. Below photo by The Shophound.
